2019 edition of Superstar Shakeup in the WWE started on WWE Raw and followed up with the final night on Smackdown. It is a process which alters superstars’ home-brand and lands him or her into the opposite brand to create an overall changed roster. It was a two-way flow of superstars from Smackdown to Raw and vice-versa that took place at the Bell Center in Montreal, Quebec, Canada.
The biggest surprise of this edition of Superstar Shakeup was in-store by the very end of the process on Smackdown. Vince McMahon appeared on the show to declare the biggest acquisition in the history of the brand. He introduced Elias as the one which the audience loudly booed. Moments later, Roman Reigns walked into the arena to self-declare himself to be a part of the blue brand.
He floored Elias with a Superman Punch and followed up with another on Vince McMahon! The Boss was down when he took the mic to announce, “I don’t care what he says… Smackdown Live is my yard now!” Well, Superstar Shakeup could not have a better end with the franchise player himself finding a new home. The night ended on a sweet note as Roman Reigns delivered a huge spear on Elias.
The Intercontinental Champion Finn Balor was a huge addition to the Smackdown during last night’s roster alteration process. Here’s the full list of superstars who joined the blue brand,
