Our memories are still fresh from what we have witnessed in the first-ever Women’s Wrestlemania main event match back in April. Becky Lynch scored a pinfall win on Ronda Rousey in the match to create history and thereby take the title away from the former UFC superstar. Although, the win was controversial Becky-mania was in full force overshadowing all the doubts.

Becky won dual titles at Wrestlemania 35

However, the point to be noted here is that Becky Lynch vs. Ronda Rousey has never taken place in a one-on-one capacity in WWE. It was a triple threat match also involving Charlotte Flair. Plus, Rousey’s shoulder was a bit up from the mat to which some may point out that it was not a fair win for The Man on that night. The current Raw women’s champion might have been aware of that and addressed the same, recently.

Ronda still has some unfinished business with Becky

Becky Lynch appeared in an interview with Fightful’s Sean Ross Sapp and talked about having unfinished business with Ronda Rousey. She desperately wants the singles contest against the ‘baddest woman on the planet’ that never happened. So here is the much-anticipated callout by Becky to her nemesis,

“I don’t know if we will (see her). I’ll be here holding the company up if she does. We still have a one-on-one match to have. I’ll be holding this championship until someone pries it out of my cold, dead hands. So if she ever wants to come at me – Ronnie, I’m here waiting, you little weirdo.”

Now as we all know, Ronda Rousey has gone on to enjoy an impregnation vacation following Wrestlemania 35 after which Becky Lynch has carried the women’s division. As we are about to enter the fall of 2019, rumors are running pretty high speculating the return of Rousey. Smackdown moving to FOX Sports and Evolution PPV’s return could be the two biggest reason behind this. Becky’s shoutout to the former champion might just prepone that in quick time as the post-Summerslam phase continues.
